Even though Pontiac ended its long lasting production, its legacy of great vehicles still remains. Mostly thanks to the iconic Pontiac Firebird muscle car, which became the symbol of a muscle car era that still resonates the world. It is hard to imagine Pontiac will ever again rise from the ashes, but its best known car could rise like a phoenix which it was anyway. There are a lot of rumors saying it’s quite possible and with a bit of risk by GM we could expect the new 2016 Pontiac Trans Am. However, the Internet is flooded with false news about Trans Am coming back next year. There is no official report by General Motors yet, only unconfirmed rumors.
